Hunting Works for Minnesota’s co-chair Bruce Nustad, President of the Minnesota Retailers Association, will be in Lakeville for a presentation on Thursday, October 3 and we hope you can join us from 8:30-9:30 am at the Holiday Inn. Bruce will discuss the many benefits of hunting for our state and for our local Lakeville economy.
First launched in 2010, Hunting Works for Minnesota with their 300+ partners help tell the story how hunting and the shooting sports are good for Minnesota’s economy, heritage and conservation efforts. Minnesota is home to around 500,000 hunters and they give a boost to our state’s economy throughout the hunting season. From buying fuel and snacks at convenience stores, stocking up on groceries for deer camp, eating out at local restaurants, staying overnight at local hotels, shopping at retailers for hunting supplies and everything in between.
