TIPS FOR YOUR TAP
Wrap your presents...
and your pipes
As the holidays get closer, the weather usually gets colder. When you wrap gifts for loved ones, remember to 'wrap' your pipes as well. Watch our video on how to take care of your pipes, plus learn other cold weather tips for your home.
Louisville rapper loves
pure tap
Jack Harlow professed his love of Louisville pure tap® on a podcast last week. The Louisville native was being interviewed about his national tour, and just had two sold-out concerts over Thanksgiving weekend in Louisville. Thanks for the shout-out, Jack!
New payment kiosk debuts
We now offer another way to make a payment in our lobby on Third Street -- our new payment kiosk is open for business. It takes cash, check, and credit and debit cards. You can look up your account information too.
Visit Louisville Water Tower Park on Sunday, Dec. 8

Come learn how we make great water. Explore the WaterWorks Museum, see the newly restored 100-foot-tall steam pump, marvel at the iconic Water Tower, and take a tour of the grounds that sit on the banks of the Ohio River. Can't make it this weekend? Mark Sunday, Jan. 12 on your calendar for the next open day.
Budget 2020: Underground focus, above-ground benefit
A focus for Louisville Water is proactive work on the thousands of miles of water main to avoid small and large breaks. The community will see lots of this work next year as part of the company’s 2020 budget
Where is this?
You could win a prize if you know

One of our employees loves his pure tap bottle so much that he took it on a recent vacation to visit the USS Wisconsin, which is now used as a museum. Do you know in what city this decommissioned ship is located? Hint: It's not in Wisconsin.
The first five people to answer correctly will receive a pure tap prize pack. Good luck!
Congratulations to our winners of the November contest: Megan Snyder, Aaron Brown, Tammy Mercer, Scott Taillie, and John Sistarenik. November's picture was of our branded water bottle fill station at Logan Street Market (pictured below). It opened earlier this year at 1001 Logan Street in the Shelby Park neighborhood. Enjoy some good food, local merchandise, and of course some refreshing Louisville pure tap® at one of our two water stations when you visit.
