Redevelopment Works Campaign Marches On

As Florida's legislative session wraps up over the next few weeks, we are encouraging FRA members and redevelopment advocates to review the proposed bills affecting CRAs,  CS/Florida Senate Bill 1054 and  CS/Florida House Bill 9

If the legislation passes as it is currently drafted, CRAs would be required to comply with several new requirements under both bills for creating, amending, funding, reporting and sunsetting their operations.  We encourage you to review the bill language and reach out to legislators to voice any concerns you may have.  For interactive discussions about the specific language and possible impacts, visit MyFRA (our member forum site) at
We also encourage you to post your redevelopment success stories on social media with the hashtag  #RedevelopmentWorks. For talking points, web badges, videos and more, visit the  Redevelopment Works page.
