That's a wrap on the sap! We made 1,103 gallons of maple syrup over 18 days of boiling, from March 7 to April 5. That's about 78% of a "full crop" (half a gallon of maple syrup yield per tap). Sugarmaker Dana Bishop says the back and forth days of deep cold and sudden warmth this season presented challenges, but adds "We have a great team!" The 2026 maple syrup yield was an almost equal mix of dark and amber.
