Join us for an exciting day on the courts at our upcoming Pickleball Tournament, hosted by East Valley Periodontics and Az Max! This pay-to-play event is designed to bring the dental community together for a day of fun, friendly competition, and connection. We’re offering 4 brackets—rec (for those who just want to play but not join the tournament), beginner, intermediate, and advanced—so pairs of all skill levels can enjoy the game.

Please note that one player in each pair must be a dentist or doctor.

The day kicks off with lunch from 12-1 pm, giving everyone a chance to fuel up before the competition begins promptly at 1 pm. Whether you’re competing for prizes or just playing for fun, this event is the perfect opportunity to enjoy good company, great food, and lots of laughs.

Sponsors will be present during the tournament. We’ll award bronze, silver, and gold prizes in each bracket to celebrate the top teams.

We can’t wait to see everyone on the courts as we kick off 2025 with a day of fun!

4.Comprehensive Patient Care: The more we know about the patient’s overall treatment plan, the better we can collaborate. Not only do we focus on the periodontal treatment needed, but we can also help guide patients in completing pending treatments with your office, ensuring continuity of care.

5.Accurate Scheduling: With complete and clear referral information, we can ensure that the patient is scheduled for the appropriate procedure at the right time, avoiding delays or miscommunications.

Practice Manager

Tara, our dedicated Practice Manager with a rich background in the dental field since 2001. In 2006, Tara made Arizona her home and joined East Valley Periodontics in 2010, where she has been an integral part of our team.



Tara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Emphasis on Management from Northern Arizona University and has a passion for leadership and team development. She is proud to be a member of the EVP team and loves working with our skilled and dedicated doctors and team members.

Outside of work, Tara treasures family time with her husband and three boys. They share a love for outdoor adventures such as hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and camping. Additionally, they enjoy recreational shooting, attending movies, and exploring car shows together.

Fun Fact: Before assuming her role as Practice Manager, Tara excelled as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, and Insurance Billing Specialist at East Valley Periodontics.
