Emily,
2023 was a year of growth and strength in our network. Some of the numbers we shared at last month's Council meeting really tell the story:
FaB is stronger than ever, and we have you — our members — to thank. Whatever your reason for joining us, we're grateful for your commitment to growing our state's food and beverage industry.
2024 will be filled with best practice sharing, company growth and expansion, and camaraderie among industry peers...and it's going to be FaBulous.
We're always here to support you and your business, and we can't thank you enough for your membership.
Wishing you and your families, along with your employees and their families, a FaBulous holiday season!

Jeff was an ardent champion of our industry, a dedicated FaB Leadership Council member, and cherished member of our community, contributing his expertise, dedication, and warmth to his fellow Council members and the FaB membership. His impact on our those around him was profound. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate the legacy Jeff leaves behind — one of hard work and a genuine love for our industry.
During this difficult time, our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Jeff's family, friends, and the Regal Ware team.

MATC's WAT Grant to Support
Upskilling Your Talent
|
FaB Wisconsin has the opportunity to collaborate with Milwaukee Area Technical College to apply for a Wisconsin Technical College System Workforce Advancement Training (WAT) Grant. The WAT Grant supports employers in their efforts to retain and advance skills of their workforce. This competitive grant opportunity enables small, medium, and large businesses to grow by implementing training projects addressing needs for multiple categories of employees and topics, and would be available on campus, virtually, hybrid, and on-site (if within MATC's district). If awarded, the grant would cover 65% of the cost of training.
We're conducting a quick survey to assess interest and to identify what types of training best benefit your employees. Thank you in advance for your participation!

Thanks for a great 2023! We're working on our calendar for 2024 - stay tuned!
