A Message About the COVID-19 Coronavirus: The region's response to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to develop on a day-to-day basis. Please be vigilant in conforming to all government and public safety restrictions. Note that any events and services mentioned in this month's newsletter were verified as correct at the time of writing, but availability may have changed since.
Spring has Sprung
The Sunday Main Street Farmers Market features some of California's freshest produce plus prepared foods from local Main Street restaurants as well as artisanal foods prepared with ingredients sourced from California farmers - you can't get more local than that! Also, enjoy musical entertainment from a variety of featured weekly bands, face painting, balloon designs, and bi-weekly cooking demonstrations featuring local produce.

PARASAILING ADVENTURE

Get a bird’s-eye view of the entire Los Angeles coast, including the world-famous Venice Beach Boardwalk, Santa Monica Pier, and Malibu. Choose from a 500 ft. or 800 ft. experience. Flights can accommodate one, two, or three persons at a time. Attraction is open seasonally, generally mid-February through mid-November. Reservations recommended. 
CALIFORNIA SUNSET SERIES SAILING REGATTA
Sail on over to enjoy the view! The California Yacht Club puts on a series of sailing races that take place Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. Best viewing spots are at Fisherman’s Village and Burton Chace Park.
The new Marina Drive-In movie series means old-school entertainment in the comfort and safety of your own car! Gather with your household to watch movies on the big screen by the sea in Marina del Rey. The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches & Harbors presents Marina Drive-In Movie Nights at Parking Lot #2 Public Boat Launch.

Free Zumba Classes

Ditch your boring workout and join free Zumba classes at Burton Chace Park. Held Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:45pm – 4:45 pm at Burton Chace Park – 13650 Mindanao Way, Marina del Rey, CA 90292. Classes are free but registration is required.
CARDIO DANCE CLASS

Adults only 03/01/21 – 04/07/21 (6-week program) Mondays + Wednesdays 9:30am-10:30 am. Only $180 for 6-week program or $15 per class. Class minimum 5 students per; No more then 12 students per class

Beach Eats To Go Food Trucks
Head to the parking lot #11 (14101 Panay Way) on Thursdays, April through September, for dinner by the sea. Food trucks serve up gourmet grub from 5 to 9 p.m. Beach Eats TO GO allows patrons to order food in advance (online) and grab delicious food from trucks every Thursday. Masks and social distancing required.

The Hive is a superfood café serving the community with healthy bowls, wraps, smoothies, and coffee. They believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice quality for speed or health for flavor. From their world-famous creamy acai bowls to hearty warm bowls, they balance macronutrients and portion sizes to optimize your health.

Public Whale Watching Tour

Marina del Rey opens onto Santa Monica Bay, a pass-through for grey whales and humpbacks on their annual migration. December through March offer the best whale-watching, although the trips run year-round as an opportunity to look for dolphins and many other types of sea life and sea birds. Departs daily at 10 a.m. (except Tuesdays) and an additional 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
MDR Farmers Market

The local market remains open for business on Saturdays at Lot 11, next to the Cheesecake Factory, 14101 Panay Way. Vendors and patrons are required to wear face coverings, and only 40 shoppers are allowed in the market zone at any given time. It's seniors only from 8 to 9 a.m., then all ages from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We are honored that your board of directors has selected Acta Property Services to provide both administrative and maintenance management, and concierge desk supervision for your homeowner association, effective April 1st, 2021. 
 
Acta Property Services provides you with multiple ways to communicate your administrative and maintenance requests to our company. This includes telephone, e-mail and web portal points of contact. However, we do strongly encourage you to submit all management requests via electronic means, if convenient. 
 
Prior to April 1st, for those homeowners that we currently have an e-mail address for, you will receive an e-mail with a temporary password that you can use to sign up for your association’s web portal site. We believe that you will find this method of communication the most efficient way to request service and to update your contact information. 
 
For payments of all HOA assessments, you will soon receive your initial statement and payment instructions from Mink Condominium Management. 
 
Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For all routine association related requests and for all emergencies that occur outside of our regular hours of operation, we are available by contacting us at (818) 209-4775. For account balances, monthly assessment payments, and other financial inquiries, please contact Mink Condominium Management at (310) 437-4343 or visit www.minkcondo.com.
