Dear Gator Moms,

Congratulations to the class of 2025! Our annual Xavier Scholarship Fashion Show was a huge success. Thank you to all who attended and contributed in making this night one to remember! The energy and enthusiasm in the room was pliable. What a fun night which raised over $250,000 for our scholarship funds. Wish we could do it all over again!

It has been my honor to serve as your Mothers' Guild President this year. I appreciate all of the support and participation. I am excited for what our family’s final year at Xavier has to offer. Don’t worry I’m not going far and will still be involved with the Mothers' Guild Board and senior events. Thank you again.

SAVE THE DATE! Signups for the Xavier Moms Retreat is Wednesday, May 14th

Dear XCP Moms-

Our 5th ANNUAL XAVIER MOMS RETREAT IS SEPTEMBER 26-28, 2025

Registration opens Wednesday, May 14 at 6:00 am

Set your alarm for 5:45 am and have your fast fingers ready to sign up at 6:00 am! There is limited space and you will not want to miss this year's retreat. Let’s unwind together and be grateful for the gifts that bond us, our girls!

The retreat spots will be confirmed based on the order in which they are received. You will be notified of your status by email starting Monday, June 9. If your fast-finger sign-up gets you a spot on the Retreat, we will email you the payment link. Payment will be collected after July 1 (the start of Xavier's next fiscal year). Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable. Your spot is not secured until payment is received. If you are placed on the waitlist, we will let you know via email.
