Thank You for a Wonderful Year!
It has been such an honor to serve on the Mothers' Guild board this past year. Thank you to the executive board for your service to the school and the Xavier community. Thank you to all those who volunteered throughout the year. Everyone worked hard hard to ensure that we had meaningful events for our mothers.
Last week we held our final Mothers' Guild meeting of the year, honoring our senior moms. As the senior moms spoke about what the future holds for their daughters and gave advice for underclassman mothers, a common theme emerged: Their overwhelming advice was to GET INVOLVED AT XAVIER!
The four years your daughter will spend at Xavier will go by in the blink of an eye. Before you know it, you too, will be a senior mom. I urge you to take advantage of the myriad of ways to get involved with the school. Whether it's joining the book club, hiking club or pickleball club, volunteering to help with the auction and fashion show, or attending the Mothers' Guild retreats, I promise you won't regret taking the time to get involved in the Xavier community and getting to know other moms.
We pray that our seniors have a smooth transition into the next chapter of their lives. We hope they look back on their time at Xavier with fond memories and enjoy friendships that will last a lifetime.
