Dear Gator Moms,

Wow! What an amazing auction! Thank you so much to our amazing auction chairs: Brenda Lyle and Marina del Campo, the sponsorship committee, decor committee (chairs: Barbara Martinez and Karla Soto), acquisitions committee, facilities team, Sean McLaughlin and Bob Hubbard, and the Mothers’ Guild staff for making Xoachella a night to remember! We had record breaking attendance at the auction, and we raised A LOT of money for the Xavier Impact Fund. It was so great to see our community come together and have so much fun together!  

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with your family and friends. I am incredibly thankful for all of you, and I am thankful our daughters are able to attend such an amazing school. Our Xavier community is truly something special!

Gator Gear is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Orders can be placed online and picked up during store hours.

The XCP Christmas Market Committee is delighted to extend a special invitation to you for our 10th Annual Christmas Market. Each December, our talented community of student bakers, artists, crafters, and decorators share their creations with our students. This year, we are excited to open the market to a limited number of current XCP moms.

As this is our first year welcoming moms to the event, we will be limiting attendance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, with plans to expand attendance to more of our community in the future. Please note that attendees must be current XCP moms, and additional guests who have not registered cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our young entrepreneurs, your encouragement means so much to them! We look forward to celebrating the season with you!

Holiday Gifting Campaign

Let’s celebrate Xavier’s amazing faculty and staff who make our school so special! Each year, the Mothers’ Guild hosts a Holiday Gifting Campaign to show our appreciation for all they do. Every contribution—big or small—helps spread holiday cheer and donations are accepted through 12/1.

Volunteer Opportunity for Moms

Calling All XCP Moms! Our annual Holiday Luncheon for Xavier’s amazing faculty and staff is coming up on Friday, December 5th — and we need your help to make it merry and bright! This special event is our chance to spoil the incredible XCP teachers and staff who do so much for our girls. Volunteers are needed to help with event setup, serving food, and cleanup afterward. Come spread some holiday cheer and join in the fun — it’s a wonderful way to give back and meet other Xavier moms!
