Dear Gator Moms,

We were overwhelmed by the record-setting attendance at our first Mothers’ Guild meeting! To have so many of you turn out to kick off our season was heartwarming. Thank you to everyone who attended. We hope you learned something new about the Mothers’ Guild and our committees and will continue to be active in this amazing support system of Xavier!

The planning for our annual auction, Xoachella, is in full swing! Xoachella will take place on Saturday, November 15th, at 6:00 p.m. We would love all of you to attend and help us raise money for the Xavier Impact Fund. Please also consider donating an item, sponsoring the event, or volunteering. More information can be found through the link below.

For those of you attending the retreat at the end of the month, I look forward to seeing you then. A special thanks to Sarah Frey, Leslie Myers, and Jenni Skaggs for all of their hard work in planning this amazing event.

Mothers' Guild Meeting

Join us for the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Our Lady before each meeting.

A huge thank you to all the wonderful moms who joined us at the Rosary before the Mothers' Guild meeting last week (pictured below). Whether it’s your first Rosary or your fiftieth, these events are a beautiful way to pause, pray together, and connect with other Xavier moms. We’d love to see even more of you at the next one! Come as you are, and experience the peace and fellowship that come with praying the Rosary as a community.

Gator Gear News

Gator Gear is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Orders can be placed online and picked up during store hours. Senior tees, sports, and club gear are now available in Gator Gear.

Gator Game Day

Don’t forget to wear your Xavier gear and rep your daughter’s team, club, or sport at upcoming events! Whether it’s shirts, hats, or spirit wear, let’s fill the stands with blue and green! Let’s show our girls that we’re cheering them on — loud, proud, and in style!

Join the St. Vincent de Paul and Sisters of Life in Making a Difference!

During the 2025 Reunion Weekend celebrations, Xavier alumnae will be participating in a community service event to benefit St. Vincent de Paul of Phoenix and the Sisters of Life. We will be assembling hygiene/care kits and diaper bags for both organizations. We can use your support by providing supplies for the bags and preparing them. Supplies can be purchased on our Amazon Wish List through the link below. Help us shop and the items will be delivered directly to Xavier!

If you want to drop off items, please leave them at the Attendance office - c/o Alumnae Relations – Maria Murphy-Fontes. A complete list of needs for both organizations can be found through the link below. Help us reach our goal of 150 hygiene kits and 50 new mom diaper bags! The project will take place on Saturday, September 27th, at 10:00 a.m. in Founders Hall. We would love for you to participate.
