Junior Parent Night
A reminder to parents of juniors that Junior Parent Night is Wednesday, January 19 at 6:30 PM in the theatre. All parents of juniors are invited (students do not need to attend as they receive the information during the school day).
We will be covering junior course selection and meeting graduation
requirements, college visits and creating the college application
list, and extras like placement exams (ACT/SAT), faith exploration
opportunities, how students use Naviance Family Connections to
manage their college applications.
Summer PE
Xavier will once again be offering Summer School Physical Education. Click here for more information and the registration form. Registration dates are below:
Class of 2023 - Tuesday, January 18
Class of 2024 - Wednesday, January 19
Class of 2025 - Thursday, January 20
Any remaining spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Student Jobs
Employers continue to share employment opportunities for students with us. Check the job board in the Counseling Suite or our online job board.
College Visits
Cardinal Stritch College and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee will be visiting Xavier on Tuesday, January 18th. Students can sign up for these visits in Naviance or contact Mrs. Carpenter in the Counseling Suite for assistance.
Senior Scholarships
Scholarships managed by the Community Foundation of the Fox Valley are open. Seniors can use one application to apply for multiple scholarships. Seniors should also keep checking the local scholarship list on Naviance, as new scholarships are being added at this time of year.
Senior Transcripts
Attention, parents of seniors! If your senior needs a 7th semester transcript sent to college, please have your student see Mrs. Carpenter in the Counseling Suite. Transcripts will be sent after 1st semester grades are posted.
