Xavier’s International Program
Did you know Xavier is hosting more than 40 international students this year from 15 different countries? Not only do these students bring a global feel to our campus, they help our students make connections around the world. The only way we can host so many international students is because Xavier families so yes again and again to opening up their homes and providing these students a place to live. It is an amazing experience and we are always looking for more families to host! Curious? Read the reflection below from one of our own Xavier students.

I have been a part of hosting international students for nine years and each year brings new experiences and memories that I will remember for the rest of my life. Not one student is ever the same, which makes it so much more fun learning about them and their country. Lady, Vanessa, Claire, Javi, Ana, Mille, Alvero, and Inigo are all the students we have hosted so far and my family and I still keep in touch with them even after all of these years. It is so cool learning about their culture and seeing them adapt to our faith life and our ways of living. Even if they do not come from a large family or very Catholic family, they always fit right in with the Xavier community and our family which results in so many unforgettable memories.
