Winter Sports Volunteers

Volunteers are needed at upcoming Xavier winter sports events. If you are a freshman or sophomore parent who has not yet volunteered for two slots, please sign up HERE. Thank you for your help!

New Volunteers

As the holiday season approaches, we have many exciting volunteer

opportunities. Every volunteer is required to complete our Safe Environment Process before they are allowed to volunteer.

If you have not completed this training and still wish to volunteer in the month of December, the eApps application and VIRTUS training must to be completed by Tuesday, December 13, 2022 as required by the Diocese of Green Bay.

Safe Environment training will resume for any 2023 volunteer opportunities on Monday, January 9th



ACT Test Prep

ACT Test Prep will be offering a class prior to the December 10th national ACT test. We are only able to offer this course to a limited number of students, so be sure to sign up ASAP! This is the last class offered of 2022. To sign up for the class, go to www.act-testprep.com or you can contact Mrs. Monica Jones via email mjones@act-testprep.com or phone (920) 475-6567. The class is at Xavier - December 5-8th. Time: 4:00pm-7:15pm each night.

The last week prior to Christmas is very busy and cards we normally stock sell out quickly. The last day to order, to make sure you have cards in prior to Christmas break, is December 16th.
