XMS Advent Monday Morning Assembly Prayer
Come, Lord Jesus!
Come quickly!
By day and by night,
And through every season
You watch over us, Lord.

It is wintertime.
Days are short and nights are long,
We need the light of Christ.
We need warmth, love and joy.
By the light of this wreath
We shall wait in patience for your Son,
Our Lord Jesus Christ.

He will comfort our fears
And bring hope to our waiting world.
There will be peace in our hearts
And love freely given.
Now and forever. Amen

St. Francis Xavier Day - Friday, December 3, 2021
On Friday, we will celebrate the XMS community in honor of our patron saint, St. Francis Xavier. Fr. Mark Carr, SJ, will share with our students and staff information about St. Francis Xavier, the Jesuits and Ignatian Spirituality. He will preside over mass at 9:00am. We will then celebrate with service and community time as a school! Friday is a casual day and we encourage Xavier gear. St. Francis Xavier, pray for us.
Ski Club
Ski season is almost here and we are looking for parents that would be interested in running or helping out with the XMS Ski Club. If you are interested please contact Mr. Bires, rbires@xaviercatholicschools.org.
Did you receive your “Save the Date” postcard in the mail? We typically don’t send “Save the Dates” anymore, but we wanted to alert everyone to the date as it was not correct on some school calendars due to a change in the NFL schedule. Please note the date: February 5, 2022. Invitations will be mailed soon.

Do you want to meet some fabulous people and be a part of something fun? Come to the next Celebrate planning meeting on Thursday, December 2nd at noon in the library at XHS (we can direct you once you get here). Join us, meet people, and make a difference!
Campus Ministry Volunteering Opportunity - all are welcome!
Please email Mrs Benthein, mbenthein@xaviercatholicschools.org to sign up. You will need a ride to and from bell ringing.
