Feast of the Archangels
Heavenly King, You have given us archangels to assist us during our pilgrimage on earth.

Saint Michael is our protector;
I ask him to come to my aid, fight for all my loved ones,
and protect us from danger.

Saint Gabriel is a messenger of the Good News;
I ask him to help me clearly hear Your voice
and to teach me the truth.

Saint Raphael is the healing angel;
I ask him to take my need for healing and that of everyone I know,
lift it up to Your throne of grace and deliver back to us the gift of recovery.

Help us, O Lord,
to realize more fully the reality of the archangels
and their desire to serve us.
Holy angels, pray for us. Amen.
Thank you

Name the Hawk
Xavier family, it is time! Over the last few weeks, the Xavier community has submitted name suggestions for the Hawk and now it is time to finalize Hawk's name. With over 250 suggestions submitted, the top choices were meticulously selected by a committee of Xavier supporters. Please take a moment and vote on your favorite by visiting the link below. Voting ends September 30th. Hawk's name will be announced this Friday, October 1st.
You can place your vote by visiting http://bit.ly/VoteHawkName
Thank you for helping Hawk find a name!
School Photo Retakes
Tomorrow, September 30th will be picture retakes in the morning in the auditorium. Any student who is having a picture retaken should bring their original photos and envelope to the photographer. If a child was absent on the original picture day in August, they too should have their picture taken. If purchasing pictures please pick up a photo order envelope in the school office. Anyone who is having a picture taken on September 30th may have a dress up day that day (uniform attire or better).
We are excited to be planning a re-imagined Celebrate! We had a fabulous kickoff meeting in September with both veteran and brand new volunteers! There is still time to join in the fun as we always welcome new committee members and we still have many key decisions to make. The next meeting will be Thursday, October 7th at noon in the library at XHS (we can direct you once you get here).

Questions or can’t attend, but still want to be involved? Contact Lisa at [email protected] or 735-9380.
