Come, Lord Jesus! Come!

St. Francis Xavier Day - Friday, December 2, 2022

On Friday, we will celebrate the XMS community in honor of our patron saint, St. Francis Xavier. Deacon Lincoln will share a presentation with the students first and then Father Adam will preside over mass at 9:00am. We will then celebrate with service and community time as a school! Friday is a casual day and we encourage Xavier gear. St. Francis Xavier, pray for us.

Living History Museum

Today the 8th-grade students provided a wonderful learning opportunity for our school! Each 8th grader dressed up and gave a short presentation on a person from the Progressive Era. Our 5th-7th grade students and staff went table to table learning about this period in history. Thank you, 8th graders and Mrs. Stahmann for a wonderful learning experience!

Application forms for these scholarships can be downloaded on our website and paper copies are available in the main office at St. Francis Xavier High School and Middle School. Saturday Morning Basketball

Sign-up for Saturday Morning Basketball (S.B.A.) starts now.  S.B.A. has no coaches, no practices, and if you have other things to do on a Saturday morning you don’t have to come.  Everyone plays; no one sits on the bench.  In S.B.A. we just play games and have fun.

Games will be played on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am in the gym.  Only students that do not play on a school team or XYBA are eligible to sign up.  We need a minimum of 10 students to sign up in order to have a program this year.  Please email Mr. Linsmeier (jlinsmeier@xaviercatholicschools.org) with questions, or to sign up.

We will be starting Saturday Morning Basketball on Saturday December 3 at 9:00 am.   Doors will open at 8:30 am. for some warmups before the game. Hope to see you there!

Christmas Eve Mass Opportunity

St. Thomas More is seeking children 1st grade through high school to participate in the 4:00 pm Christmas Eve mass. There are opportunities to sing with a childrens’ choir, read and/or play an instrument. We would love as many sweet angelic voices as possible! We will hold at least one rehearsal at 5:30 pm December 14th and one on December 21st, if needed.
