"
Hey, what’s up with your van?
" That’s been music to our ears, because so many supporters donated to help us get our
Creek Force 1

Look for us in your neighborhood, bringing supplies to
clean-ups at Tacony Creek Park
and rain barrels to our upcoming
workshop
. You can still be part of our vandom!
Donate
to pay for gas...and watch for a fabulous wrapped Creek Force 1 soon!

We had so much fun at
Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company’s
Movie Night last month! A portion of the bar and popcorn sales will support our work. We are excited to work with this brewery at their
Borough Brewhouse
in Jenkintown, right up the street from our favorite creek.
The best way to understand our watershed’s challenges and opportunities is to join us to take a walk along our trail and to visit our restoration sites. Starting on March 1, we’ll be hosting walks of Tacony Creek Park or our upstream sites on the first Friday of the month, based on interest. Let me know if you’d like to join us!
Hope to see you soon,
Julie

Sediment run-off is a major cause of creek pollution. Much of this sediment comes from construction sites. While there are environmental safeguards that construction companies are required to follow to prevent this pollution, these aren’t always followed.
