Weekly Bulletin
September 3, 2020

The world looks a little different right now and we cannot always gather in our traditional ways, BUT we still want to see our volunteers and get your feedback and input on what we should do this year because we also still need to raise money!

It is time to think way outside the box (we need ALL IDEAS) and be outside! Please plan to join us for a Celebrate brainstorming meeting on Wednesday, September 9 at noon. Please bring your lawn chair as we will be meeting socially distanced and outside at Xavier High School. (If there is inclement weather on Wednesday, our “rain date” will be Thursday, September 10 at noon.)

Please plan to join us to brainstorm and have some fun while we come together, catch up, and meet new friends. Celebrate is a great way to volunteer and to meet people from all campuses. Younger children not yet in school are always welcome at meetings.

Questions or can’t attend, but still want to be involved? Contact Lisa Pfaff at lpfaff@XavierCatholicSchools.org or 735-9380.

Senior Parents
We would like to invite you to our Senior Parent night on Tuesday, September 15th, starting at 6:30pm in the auditorium.

Please arrive about 10 minutes earlier as we will have your student's transcript for you to pick up and it takes a bit to get everyone through the line. We plan to be finished by 7:45pm.

Due to space constraints, seating is limited in the auditorium. We are asking that if you do choose to come in person, that you only have one parent attend. If every senior only has one parent attend, we will be fine with seating capacity. Seat options will be spread out to accommodate social distancing, and we ask that everyone wear a mask over your mouth and nose while in the building. We recognize that not everyone will be comfortable attending in person so we will be recording the evening. Anyone who wishes to receive the recording for any reason please email Mrs Beth Carpenter and she will get that to you.  bcarpenter@xaviercatholicschools.org

We will be covering graduation, senior academics, college and scholarship applications, and extras like placement exams and reporting AP scores.

Your students do not need to be there, as we will be giving them this information in classrooms this week.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Kim Hammen, Eric Neiswender, and Lori Schuh

Orders can go home with your children
As we are continuing to deal with the Covid-19 virus, we are limiting people who may enter our buildings. With that in mind, you will not be able to come into your school to pick up orders. You can have your child bring home your orders.

However, you must first sign and return the permission slip. The permission slip will allow your child to bring home orders throughout the current school year.

Students are sent a link each day to order lunch for the following school day. If you'd like your student to order a lunch, please have the student complete the daily form.

A reminder that no food deliveries are allowed. Parents can drop off a lunch from home if a student forgets, but please do not drop off pizza, subs, or other restaurant food.
