Parent Teacher Conference Request
For the safety of all, parent-teacher conferences will not be held in person next week. Click here to learn more about how to sign up to conference with your student's teachers.

School will dismiss at 11:55 on Wednesday, September 30 in order to give teachers time to prepare for conferences.

Spectators at Xavier Sporting Events
The Bay Conference has mandated that every fall sporting event have spectators limited to 2 immediate family members per athlete. Tickets will be issued in advance and required for entry at both home and away games.

As part of conference policy, masks are mandated at all sporting events (indoor and outdoor). The mask must be worn properly and those failing to comply will be asked to leave. We are asking parents to set an example for the students as well as represent Xavier by respecting this policy. We have already received complaints from other schools about Xavier fans failing to mask. Mr. Mauthe will be enforcing the rule at Xavier events. Please understand that failure to cooperate with this rule will jeopardize the decision to have any fans at events. If you want to be able to watch your child, then wear a mask. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Hispanic Heritage Month
As part of our effort to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we will be celebrating the Mass in Spanish on Wednesday, September 30 at 11 am. All are invited to join us virtually on the Xavier Facebook page
One Day - Multiple Events - One Xavier Community

All are Welcome!

We have exciting news—the annual Fun Run/Dog Walk/Bike Ride (the Tour de Francis is newly moved to this date) on Saturday morning of Homecoming weekend (10/10) is still happening! This is something the whole family can do! We’ve made some changes, taken precautions, received approval from Appleton’s
Public Health Department, and are planning for a great morning!

Click here for our “What Moves You” event webpage for more details and to register to join us (virtually or in-person!) for this fabulous morning of fun, friendship, and fitness. Note: we had planned for a fun social time after with Food Trucks and socially distant, outdoor fun, but those plans will now be for next year.

Do you need a good or service? Check the Xavier Business Directory first!

This week’s section highlight: Health and Medical Services

Our Xavier Alumni and Family community is blessed to have a variety of businesses that support and strengthen Xavier Catholic Schools, and the Fox Valley. To help promote and acknowledge this group, especially during these times, we have created the “Xavier Business Directory”.  If any Xavier supporter is looking for a good or service, we encourage you to check the Xavier Business Directory first to see if there is a Xavier connection with a business providing the product or service you desire. Click here to see the current Xavier Business Directory.

Section Highlight: Health and Medical Services Section
If you are in need of a healthcare provider or any health-related service, check out the Health and Medical Services section! There are 18 businesses with a Xavier connection ready and willing to serve you. 6 of these generous businesses sponsor Xavier events in at least one way.

The Directory is open to any Xavier-affiliated alumni, current parents, parents of alumni, and employees. To be included, complete the form on the right-hand side of the directory page.
