New: Respect Life Week
Join the Xavier community in awareness, prayer, and action this week (and month) alongside the United States Catholic Church Bishop’s Respect Life month theme “Called to Serve Moms in Need.” While we are called by Christ and the Church to advocate for the dignity of human life from womb to tomb, and do advocate for this dignity, this year’s theme gives one focus building a culture of supporting life at its beginning stages. Throughout the week in the building, students will see posters, hear reflections and prayers, and be invited to serve and help moms in need through a diaper drive for YPN (Young Parents Network). The diaper drive will last the month of October and will mutually earn support for communities.

For those students who haven’t seen it or are interested in seeing it again, the movie “Unplanned” will be shown at Xavier on Thursday, October 13 at 7:00pm. THIS permission form must be completed and returned in order to watch the movie.
New: Blood Drive Results from Last Week
Last week we had 36 donations at our blood drive, with 21 of them new donors. We haven’t had this good of a showing since 2015. This will help over 108 lives!

Save the date for the Battle of 42nd Street Blood Drive: Xavier vs Kennedy on December 12 & 13.
