On Wednesday, October 27th, Thursday, October 28th & Friday, October 29th Xavier will be holding Fall Conferences. During these days, XPX provides meals for the teachers as these are very long work days at Xavier. There are still many donations needed! Please see the following link to help donate food and drinks for these meals. All donations can be dropped off outside the main office on the carts provided. Tuesday & Wednesday donations can be dropped off from 7:30am-12pm on those days. On Friday, please drop off between 7:30-10:30am. Xavier Health Club is sponsoring a Self Defense Class for all Xavier girls Monday November 8 from 6-9pm at Xavier. Cost is $5 through 8to18. Junior and Seniors will have first opportunity to sign up now through 10/29 at which time it will be opened up to Freshmen and Sophomore girls. Max class size is 40. Contact Mrs. Naeve with any questions.

Nov 1 registration opens for BCYC Encounter. This is a great conference June 17-19 on the Bennidictine College campus. We have had students attend in the past with rave reviews

Steubenville Youth Conference has multiple locations and dates throughout the summer. The registration dates vary beginning in November. These retreats fill very quickly.. This conference has had several students attend and they ALL have had a great experience.

Nov 4 - Chasing the Dream: What is your ultimate goal? Speaking event at U of I Newman Center. Father Chase Hilgenbrinck presents at 7pm. 

Veterans Day is Thursday, November 11. We are so very grateful for the service of all military members and Veterans in our community and would like to keep them in our prayers and outreach. Please fill out this form so we have proper accounting of those currently in the military and those who are Veterans.

Xavier's Community Service Day is Wednesday, October 27th. We are in need of more parent drivers to help make this day a success! If you are willing to help drive, we would love to have you join us! Parents help drive students to leaf raking locations from Xavier between 8:30-1:00.
