Staff will be available to help before school, after school, and during Xcel in the Student Services office. Please check your student’s Semester 2 schedules via PowerSchool (under My Schedule>Matrix View>S2) and ask for recommendations from current teachers regarding any level changes at semester. Some classes may be full, so it is important to have your student address this early with their school counselors who will do their best to accommodate requests.

First semester non-public transportation reimbursement forms for the area school districts are due on December 1st. Click the district in which you live to find the form you need to submit. *Remember Cedar Rapids chool District forms need to be turned into the Xavier main office by 9am on December 1st. Contact Christine or Karen at info@xaviersaints.org if you have any questions. 

Join us for “Christmas with Xavier,” featuring the musical talents of Xavier High School’s vocal music and band students! The concert will take place on Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 5-7pm in Xavier’s Ron Thillen Gymnasium. Admission is free. A monetary free-will offering or non-perishable item to donate to the Metro Catholic Outreach food pantry will be accepted as admission.
