New: Service Requirements
Christmas Break provides a great opportunity for many students to get out and serve our community. Please remember that all students have a service requirement for graduation.

New: Xavier Volleyball State Championship Apparel
While it may be a bit late, state championship apparel for Xavier Volleyball is now available for online ordering. The online store is now open and will close on December 20, 2022. Orders will be available for pick up in the XHS Activities Office on January 6, 2023.

Reminder: National Catholic Youth Conference
Is your student interested in attending the NCYC (National Catholic Youth Conference)? The conference is happening November 16-19, 2023. Registration is due January 9. Please contact Sarah Casey scasey@seasp.org with any questions. 
Reminder: Tuition
As of today, all of the following tuition payment plans should have been submitted:.

  • Annual
  • 1st semester
  • 1st and 2nd quarter 
  • The first five EFT payments

Reminder: Saint Shop Hours Before Christmas
In addition to the regular 1:30pm - 3:00pm hours, the Saint Shop will be open:

  • December 13: 6:30pm - 8:30pm (Boys Basketball)
  • December 16: 6:30pm - 8:30pm (Girls Basketball)

The Saint Shop will be closed after December 16 and will reopen January 6th.
