NEW: Grandparent Mass RSVPs Due This Saturday
The Xavier High School Mass in Honor of Grandparents is Wednesday, April 19, at 9:50 am. Our students have a beautiful Mass planned in honor of Grandparents. All invitations have been mailed to the addresses that parents have provided to us. 

Event details: Parking will be available in the lots to the west and south of the school. Doors will open at 8:30 am with refreshments being served at that time. President McCarville will welcome guests at 9:15 am. Students will be dismissed to be seated with students at 9:20 am. The Very Rev. O’Connor will be celebrating Mass at 9:50 am.

If a grandparent is unable to join us, a livestream will be available at www.XavierSaints.org/Grandparents. A livestream will also be available on Xavier High School's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/XavierSaints.

Please follow-up with the grandparents in your life to ensure they have RSVP'd and have all the information they need for the special day. RSVPs are due this Saturday, April 1, to Meg Hansen – meg.hansen@xaviersaints.org or 319.294.6635 x309.

Reminder: Adorers Needed for Forever Saints Day
Forever Saints Day 2023 will be held on Thursday, April 13, and we are offering Eucharistic Adoration in the chapel as an additional opportunity for prayer from 9am - 3pm. This is a great time for parents, grandparents, and alumni to spend an hour with Jesus in the Eucharist for prayers of thanksgiving and petition for our Catholic school community. Thank you for considering this opportunity!

Reminder: Blood Drive

Reminder: 2022-23 Yearbooks
If you are interested in ordering a 2022-2023 Yearbook, follow the link here to order from Jostens Online. Yearbooks cost $70.00 and will be available for purchase until May 15th.
Reminder: It's Busing Reimbursement Time!
If you live in the Cedar Rapids Community School District, please return the completed form to the Xavier main office by Thursday, April 27th.

If you live in College Community, Linn Mar Community, Marion Independent or any other district, the form must be mailed directly to that district's business office. They must receive it by May 1st.

If you live in a school district that is not listed you will need to contact that school district’s business or transportation department to obtain the form and address to mail it to.

Reminder: FACTS Applications for the 2023-24 School Year
The FACTS online application for STO opened on January 1st, with the deadline being
April 15th. In addition to completing the application, parents must upload their
2022 federal tax return and other required schedules or tax documentation. Families who applied last year should have received an email that the 23-24 applications are open. 

With the passing of ESA legislation, Xavier High School strongly encourages families to complete the FACTS management forms in addition to the forthcoming application for ESAs. This potentially opens up more opportunities for families to receive tuition assistance through multiple sources.
