Action Item Reminder: Parent Survey - Your Voice Matters!
Please take a moment to complete the following parent survey by May 10. Our goal is to have 50% reporting and we are currently only at 12%. Thank you for your time and your continued partnership in supporting the Saints and Xavier.
If you have a student that is a senior, immunization records will be sent home with them from the school nurse on the day of graduation practice, Friday May 19th.
Reminder: Last Week to Order 22/23 Yearbooks!
There is only one week left to order a 2022-2023 Yearbook. If you are interested in ordering, please follow the link here to order from Jostens Online. Yearbooks cost $70.00 and will be available for purchase until May 15th.
Reminder: Tuition Balances
Deadlines to pay any remaining tuition balances are:
For seniors: Graduation practice day, Friday, May 19th - Seniors must have the balance paid in full to participate in practice and Graduation.
For all returning students: By the last day of school, Friday, May 26
Please use the Forgot User Name/Password on My BackPack website if needed
As a reminder username should be some form of first letter first name and last name ex TDRISH or may have a number on the end of a more common name ex TDRISH1

Reminder: End of the Year Lunch Account Information
All Parents: With the school year drawing to a close, lunch accounts for all students need to be monitored closely so that they do not have negative balances.
Parents of Seniors: If your senior has a credit balance and has a sibling here at Xavier, the money will be transferred to the sibling’s account. Otherwise, a refund will be given to the seniors before the senior breakfast on May 19, 2023. If you have automatic payments set up through EZSchoolpay.com into your senior student’s account, you will need to go in and stop the automatic payments. Please do this before the week of May 15, as that is the week accounts will be refunded.
Reminder:Part-Time Opportunity at Xavier HS: Kitchen Staff
Xavier High School is looking to hire two part-time kitchen employees for the upcoming 2023-24 school year to join their fun kitchen crew! Duties would include, but not limited to, food prep, serving, cleaning and dishwashing. These positions are part-time, and only required to work on days that school is in session.
