ACTION ITEM for Families Receiving an ESA
If your student is receiving an ESA this year and you have not already done so, the next step in the Students First ESA program is to indicate Xavier as the school your student plans to attend for the 2023-24 school year.

Please log in to your Odyssey Portal to complete this step NOW! 

The deadline to complete is Thursday, August 10th.
NEW: Mary's Meals Summer Event
Inviting all Catholic School families to participate in an exciting Outdoor Summer Benefit Concert on Thursday, August 10 on the front lawn of Xavier High School from 5:30pm - 7:30pm to raise money for MARY’S MEALS. This fun outdoor event will feature a concert by national Catholic musician and songwriter, JOSH BLAKESLEY to support the wonderful, effective work of Mary’s Meals. The Xavier Booster Club will begin selling grilled food and concessions at 5:30 pm. 

The event is sponsored by KMMK Catholic Radio, 88.7 FM. All monies raised go directly to support the mission of Mary's Meals.

The elementary school or middle school with the most participants will be awarded a popsicle party from KMMK. Please stop by the registration table when you arrive to register for your school. 

Mary's Meals provides over 2 million children across the globe one meal a day in their place of education. For the price of $25.20, a child is fed the entire school year. Mary's Meals vision is that every child deserves an education – and enough to eat. 

This benefit is an excellent way to give back to God for his abundant blessings to us.
Reminder: New for 2023-2024 - All Students Participating in XHS Activities Must Be Registered on Bound
If your student is interested in participating in any extracurricular activities (FINE ARTS, ATHLETICS OR CLUBS), parents must register each student via Bound.

ALL STUDENTS planning to participate in activities must be registered on Bound. This includes fine arts, athletics and clubs.

If your student is considering participating in athletics or cheer, parents must also upload a Physical, Concussion and Permission/Release Form via Bound. These forms will now be uploaded through this process – paper forms will not be accepted in the XHS Activities Office moving forward. You will not need to print a form elsewhere.

If you can not locate a current physical (and it’s currently on file with Xavier HS), please contact the XHS Activities Office via email at pam.barta@xaviersaints.org.

If your student is planning on (or interested in) participating in multiple activities, please register for each activity. The following forms will be uploaded/signed electronically via Bound:
  • Physical Form (Required for Athletics and Cheer)
  • Heads Up Concussion Form (Required for Athletics and Cheer)
  • Parent or Guardian Permission and Release Form

Reminder: Xavier Volunteer Form
As a reminder, we are asking that all families complete our volunteer form as part of our 2023-2024 registration process. All Xavier families are strongly encouraged to volunteer their time and talent to support the school’s many offerings to its students.

Reminder: 2023-2024 PowerSchool Registration
Xavier PowerSchool Registration opened in January for 2023-24 Xavier families, and the deadline to complete is July 31st. Thank you to those who have completed the process early! If you have not already done so, please go to PowerSchool (also accessible through the Parent Portal at www.XavierSaints.org/Parent), and use your parent login and password to register your student(s). Directions for completing the process/checking to see if you have previously completed the process can be found HERE. This important registration process must be completed before students will receive a code for parking and before they will be permitted to pick-up their iPads for the fall semester. Reminder: No Activities Next Week During Family Week
Just a reminder that beginning July 23, 2022 through July 30, 2023 will be "Family Week", a week in the unified activity calendar that prohibits any coach or teacher/student contact and any unified activity federation event from occurring. All high school students, including incoming 9th graders, are covered under the rule and are not to have contact (on or off school premises) with coaches, directors, or moderators nor use school facilities during this week.
