New: E-Registration is Open!
2021-2022 E-Registration Is Currently Open: Make Sure to Complete both E-Registration Steps - Deadline is Wednesday, August 4th
Step 1: PowerSchool E-Registraton
Step 2: "Documents" Tab in PowerSchool E-Registration -
Click on the "Xavier High School Registration Form" link to complete e-registration, which includes all other forms and the iPad Agreement (REQUIRED).

Please note that the e-registration process must be completed before students will be permitted to pick-up their iPads for the fall semester.

It is important that you completely fill out the Health portion tab in PowerSchool in order for your student(s) to be seen in our Health Clinic. Kris Naeve, our school nurse utilizes PowerSchool for all Health Clinic needs.

New: Join Us for the Booster Bash on Aug. 19th!
All current, former and future Xavier HS parents are invited to join the Xavier Booster Club for the Booster Bash on Thursday, August 19th!

2021 Booster Bash: Thursday, Aug. 19th at Saints Field
  • 6:00-7:00 - Food/Drinks
  • 7:00-7:15 - Program

By joining Xavier Booster Club, members become part of a unique Xavier Community committed to the spirit of supporting all Xavier programs and activities. 100% of your sponsorship fee goes directly to Xavier programs and activities. Each year XBC kicks off the new academic school year with the Booster Club Bash. The bash is a celebration of membership bringing new and old members together. Sponsorship forms to follow via email and in student registration packets.

New: Postseason Baseball Tickets Sold Online Only
Xavier Baseball will continue postseason play against Solon tonight, July 21st at 7 p.m. at Solon Recreation and Nature Area. All postseason baseball tickets will be sold online -- there will be no cash sales at the gate. All tickets must be purchased online via Hometown Ticketing. Tickets are now $8 each.

Reminder: Student Schedules
Schedules are not final until July 30th. Beginning at 9am on Friday, July 30th, students and parents may view student schedules in PowerSchool. Students can make schedule changes during the following times:

Class Schedule Changes (Student Services Office):
  • Tuesday, August 3 – 9:00am-2:00pm
  • Wednesday, August 4 – 9:00am-2:00pm
  • Thursday, August 5 – 9:00am-2:00pm

For the best chances of fulfilling a schedule change, it is recommended that students complete requests by August 13. 

*School counselors will try to accommodate requests. Please note that finalization of a course change request depends on class size and/or course.

NEW: Schedule Change Deadline
  • A course may be added or dropped within the first four school days of the semester.
  • A course level may be changed within the first four school days of the semester. 
  • After four school days a course or level change must be initiated by the instructor with the consent of the parent/guardian.

Please understand that students will not be able to attend the first day of classes unless all tuition from last year is paid in full, a signed tuition contract has been returned for the 2021-2022 school year and your student has paid all fines due from 2020-2021 school year.
