NEW Action Item for Families Receiving an ESA
If your student is receiving an ESA this year, the next step in the Students First ESA program is to confirm the tuition amount once Xavier has verified your student's enrollment.

Please log in to your Odyssey Portal to complete this step NOW! It should indicate "School Approved" when this step is ready and you should be able to click on "Review Tuition and Fees"

If you have not already completed the previous step to confirm your school, you will need to do that first, wait for Xavier to approve, then log back in and verify the tuition amount. The deadline to complete that step was Thursday, August 10th.
NEW: XPX Back-to-School Luncheon for Xavier Teachers & Staff
XPX will hold a back-to-school luncheon for all teachers and staff on Wednesday, August 23. They are looking for donations to help with this event. All donations may be dropped off on the cart outside the main office on Wednesday, August 23 from 7:30-9:30am. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly Schmit at kschmitpt@gmail.com.

Reminder: Volunteer Form
We ask that ALL Xavier families fill out the Xavier Volunteer Form. Currently we have received responses from about 26% of families.

There are many different types of opportunities to share your time and talent, and many hands make light work! Several of these opportunities or committees require little time commitment, have options available outside of work hours, and some can even be done from home.

Reminder: Kairos Registration for Juniors
Kairos Registration is now OPEN! Kairos is an optional retreat for juniors. We offer three weekends and they do fill up quickly so don’t delay! The weekends are:
  • Kairos 49 - October 12-15
  • Kairos 50 - February 8-11
  • Kairos 51 - April 4-7

Registration is processed through 8 to 18. Questions can be directed to lilly.boenker@xaviersaints.org
Reminder: New for 2023-2024 - All Students Participating in XHS Activities Must Be Registered on Bound
If your student is interested in participating in any extracurricular activities (FINE ARTS, ATHLETICS OR CLUBS), parents must register each student via Bound.

ALL STUDENTS planning to participate in activities must be registered on Bound. This includes fine arts, athletics and clubs.

If your student is considering participating in athletics or cheer, parents must also upload a Physical, Concussion and Permission/Release Form via Bound. These forms will now be uploaded through this process – paper forms will not be accepted in the XHS Activities Office moving forward. You will not need to print a form elsewhere.

Please do NOT upload immunization records - these must be turned in to the school nurse either via hard copy or emailed to kris.naeve@xaviersaints.org

If you can not locate a current physical (and it’s currently on file with Xavier HS), please contact the XHS Activities Office via email at pam.barta@xaviersaints.org.

If your student is planning on (or interested in) participating in multiple activities, please register for each activity. The following forms will be uploaded/signed electronically via Bound:
  • Physical Form (Required for Athletics and Cheer)
  • Heads Up Concussion Form (Required for Athletics and Cheer)
  • Parent or Guardian Permission and Release Form
