Reminder: Saint Shop Hours
The Saint Shop will begin its daily hours this Thursday, September 1st. It will be open all days that classes at Xavier are in session, Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 3:00pm.
Reminder: Donations Requested for Homecoming
On Thursday, September 1st, Xavier will be celebrating our annual Homecoming Pep rally & bonfire. As part of this celebration, XPX provides cookies and drinks to all of those who attend the bonfire. If you would like to support this event, please see the following link to make donations or help at the event.

Donations can be dropped off at the Main Office Thursday, Sept. 1st, 8am -10am.

Reminder: Key Club
Key Club is an international organization that provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character, and develop leadership by serving children and our communities. Senior members set a goal of 10 service hours and freshmen, sophomores, and juniors set a goal for 8 service hours through our events. A parent or guardian may sign up each student for Key Club by paying the $15 dues here: https://xavierhs.8to18.com/accounts/login.

The deadline to sign up for Key Club is September 30th. Please use your student's Xavier e-mail address in the student e-mail section. Any questions about Key Club may be directed to the Key Club Moderator, Mrs. Gina Kutilek at gina.kutilek@xaviersaints.org
Reminder: Robotics - FIRST Tech Challenge
For those interested in joining Robotics club (FTC) this school year, practice times will be Tuesday and Thursday, from 3-4:30pm. See Ms. Geers for more information (Room 108)
Reminder: Homecoming Week
This week we are celebrating Homecoming Week at Xavier! The link below includes information about our MCO food drive, dress days, and other fun events we have planned.
Reminder: Homecoming Dance
The homecoming dance will be held Saturday, September 3rd from 8:00 - 10:30pm in the high school gym for grades 10-12 only.

  • Tickets ($7 each or $5 plus 2 canned goods each) are on sale each day after school at the X.
  • Non-Xavier date forms are available at the main office or you can email amanda.allard@xaviersaints.org to request a form.
  • These must be returned, completed, by Tuesday, August 30th to the office.
  • Read Photography will be available starting at 7:45pm for pictures.
  • Students, watch your email for more information from school directors!
Reminder: Fall Musical
Auditions for the Xavier High School Performing Arts production of this year's fall musical - Guys and Dolls - will be held on Wednesday, September 7 from 2pm-4pm and Thursday, September 8 from 6pm-9pm in the choir room.

Want to get involved but not a singer/actor? Consider Theatre Tech Crew, fill out the registration form. After filling out the personal information section select Theatre Tech. We'll be in touch to formalize our crew in the near future.
Reminder: Entering the Building During the School Day
If you’ve been to Xavier recently, you are aware of our front office construction as part of safety and security upgrades we are making to our school. All doors to the school will remain locked during school hours. Visitors and students arriving after the day has begun must ring the doorbell at the south-facing doors of the main entrance – there is no longer a doorbell at the east-facing doors. Visitors will be buzzed in and must check in through the new Main Office door (immediately to the left after passing through the first set of doors).
