TONIGHT: Back-to-School Night (9/12)

All XHS parents are invited to attend Back-to-School Night beginning at 7:00pm in the Ron Thillen Gymnasium TONIGHT (9/12).

The Saint Shop will be open from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Parents can stop by the Technology and Student Services “Help Desks” starting at 6:30pm
A short program will take place at 7:00pm
Parents will then have an opportunity to get a feel for what their student's day is like here at Xavier as they follow their student's schedule. Each teacher will present information regarding course work, grading and homework as well as answer your questions.

New: Dress Code Reminder

We are seeing an increase in students wearing "cargo" style pants. This style of pants is not allowed in our current dress code.

Cargo pants are defined as having a large external pocket on the leg of the pants.

New: First XPX Meeting of the School Year

Xavier Parents for Xcellence (XPX) will host its first meeting of this school year this week on Tuesday, September 13th beginning at 12:15 p.m. in the Novak Conference Room at Xavier. All parents are welcome to attend and learn more about volunteering, helping with hospitality events throughout the year, spirituality support, and much more.

If you are unable to attend but would like to get involved or have any questions, please reach out to Katie Giorgio at xpx@xaviersaints.org.

Meetings throughout the school year will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:15 at Xavier. We hope to see you there!

Reminder: Back to School Donations Needed for Tonight

As part of Back to School Night, XPX will be collecting K cups for the teacher's lounge. Please see the following link if you would like to help donate items to this event. All donations can be dropped off on the cart outside the main office and at the activities entrance on Back-to-School Night, tonight, Monday, September 12 @ 7pm. Reminder: XCEED Conference

On Monday, September 26, we will be hosting our XCEED conference here at Xavier. XCEED is an incredible day of faith, friends, and fun! We will have a few Keynote speakers (beatboxing + comedy how can you go wrong?!) and over 30 small group impact sessions. Lunch will be provided and it will be a SPIRIT DAY!

Students will register for impact sessions Monday, September 12 during house time. Please take a few minutes to read through the different XCEED sessions that will be offered so that you can sign up for the session you want on Monday when registration opens. It is first come, first served on sessions, with priority going to upperclassmen. We are looking forward to an awesome day!

Reminder: Flu Shot Clinic

Hy-Vee will be offering flu shots to all those interested on Tuesday 9/20 during XCEL (9am-10:30am) in the student services conference room. Please see forms below for instructions on payment and consent.
