New: Back-to-School Night
All XHS parents are invited to attend Back-to-School Night beginning at 7:00pm in the Ron Thillen Gymnasium on Monday, September 13th. 

  • The Saint Shop will be open from 6:00pm to 7:00pm 
  • Parents can stop by the Technology and Student Services “Help Desks” starting at 6:30 pm 
  • A short program will take place at 7:00pm
  • Parents will then have an opportunity to get a feel for what their student's day is like here at Xavier as they follow their student's schedule. Each teacher will present information regarding course work, grading and homework as well as answer your questions. 
New: Community Service Day Registration
Xavier High School’s annual Community Service Day is October 27, 2021. This is a wonderful day of service for our Saints out in the community. All students must be registered by their parents in order to participate.

Parents need to complete their student(s) registration for Community Service Day by September 15. 

Please also consider joining us as a parent driver for the day! This day is not possible without the volunteers who are willing to drive our students. It is a great day of service and fun!

Reminder: Help in Concessions
Concessions is the Booster Club’s biggest fundraiser and would not be possible without parent support. Each activity and sport is responsible for running Xavier’s concession stand 3 to 4 times each school year. September's activities that will volunteer for concessions include: Girls Basketball, Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Robotics and Volleyball. If your student participates in these activities please review the sign up for volunteer spots. All parents and volunteers are welcome regardless of activity to volunteer. Many hands make light work.

Reminder: New Saint Shop Hours
The Saint Shop will now begin it’s new daily hours:
 
  • Monday 1:30pm - 3:00pm
  • Tuesday 1:30pm - 3:00pm
  • Wednesday 12:30pm - 3:00pm
  • Thursday 1:30pm - 3:00pm
  • Friday 1:30pm - 3:00pm
 
We are currently only accepting cash or checks.
Reminder: XPX Begins Adoration... More Volunteers Needed
XPX is excited to continue Adoration in the Xavier Chapel for our students and community as of today. Adoration takes place every Friday during the school day, following 7 a.m. Mass and wrapping up at 3 p.m. We have two hours yet to fill: the 10:00 am hour (2 volunteers needed) and the noon hour (1 volunteer needed). Please consider volunteering as we cannot offer Adoration without at least 1 person per hour. Not able to commit weekly? We offer shared spots that reduce commitments to twice a month or to sub when needed.

As part of Back to School Night, XPX will be collecting K-cups for the teacher's lounge. Please see the following link if you would like to help donate items to this event. All donations can be dropped off on the cart outside the main office and at the activities entrance on Monday, September 13, 2021 @ 7pm.
