We wish to thank those of you who have shared concerns over the Xfinity services with the Xfinity team at the Town Hall meeting last Tuesday, and those of you that have sent your comments in advance so we may forward to the Xfinity team.


In an effort to best assist our Membership, we would like to request your collaboration in testing your WiFi speed at the port where your modem/router is located, and then participating in a brief 3 minute survey.

Please click here once you have connected your computer to a yellow port through an ethernet cable to test your speed. If you do not have a computer to connect directly, you can test with your mobile device via WiFi using the Speedtest app.


Once you have tested your internet speed, please complete the survey


The survey will conclude on Thursday, April 6 at 3:00 p.m.


We will use the data collected from the community for an upcoming meeting between Xfinity and management to better align expectations and results for our community.
