Y’s Men Membership News

Saturday, November 23, 2024

Hello Y's Men:

The Y's Men of Westport/Weston leadership has announced the distribution of its first membership satisfaction survey, to be sent this Monday, November 25. The survey, developed with considerable input from the Y's Men Board, aims to gather valuable feedback from the organization's membership to guide future program decisions and strategic planning.

Robert Walker, the head of Surveys & Forecasts LLC and a Y's Men member himself, developed the questionnaire. His Norwalk-based research firm typically conducts satisfaction analysis for major corporations, bringing a professional touch to this internal initiative.

At last Thursday's meeting, Walker addressed the members, saying, "This survey represents a unique opportunity for every member to have their voice heard." The organization's leadership emphasized the survey's streamlined format, designed to take only ten minutes to complete, and urged members to respond promptly when it arrives in their inboxes Monday morning.

Key Points:

  • The survey is designed to assess member satisfaction and gather suggestions.
  • Results will directly influence future programming decisions.
  • There is a limited response window to ensure timely analysis.
  • Members are advised to check their junk mail folders if they don't see this important survey in their inbox.

The Y's Men leadership is eager to receive feedback from its members, as this input will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's future direction and activities. Members are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to contribute their thoughts and ideas for the betterment of the Y's Men of Westport/Weston.
