Hello, Y’s Men. Here’s the latest Membership News:

We have added more than 20 new members since the fiscal year began in July. This growth is largely thanks to our dedicated longstanding members who continue to refer new faces. Thanks to Ed Diamond, Ted Horowitz, Marshall Breines, George Kalan, Baxter Urist, Woody Bliss, Bob Rosenkranz, Mitch Fitter, Nick Snow, Art Gang, Keith Brooks, Ron Holtz, Joe Wiles, Steve Rothenberg, and Steve Chodroff for their referrals.

Louis Weinberg, a Current Resident of Westport, Joins the Y's Men of Westport/Weston 

• Educator and environmentalist with a passion for community engagement

• Holds a BA from Vassar College (1985) and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Sacred Heart University (2003)

• Dedicated science teacher, sharing knowledge, inspiring young minds, and seeking teachable moments

• Chairman of the Westport Community Garden, fostering local sustainable agriculture

• Director of Long Lots Preserve, committed to environmental conservation

• Avid photographer, capturing the beauty of nature and community

• Enthusiastic kayaker, embracing Westport's coastal lifestyle

• Skilled in pickleball, combining fitness with social interaction

• Active hiker exploring the natural beauty of Connecticut

• Eager to contribute his expertise in environmental stewardship and community garden creation

• Interested in joining the Community Service Committee and Social Committee of Y's Men

• Resident of Westport since 1999, deeply rooted in the local community
