MEMBERSHIP MONTH
Welcome to MEMBERSHIP MONTH- MARCH 2024
Membership Month, March 2024, ends tomorrow (March 31, 2024) and our efforts were very successful with 13 New Y’s Men Members this month.
We have added over 100 active New Members (year to date) during the 2023-2024 Y’s Men Year.
We look forward to seeing everyone in person every Thursday morning.
NEW Y’s MEN
We are delighted to announce the addition of three new Members this past week to our rapidly growing and dynamic organization. This has been an excellent month for new member additions.
It should be noted that two of the “Referrer” Members this month are both new Y’s Men Members joining us in the past several months, and both have become very active and engaged Y’s Men Members. Thanks for your efforts on behalf of the organization!
Please take a moment and either call or email the above new members and welcome them to our great organization!

*Our bylaws stipulate that all prospective Members must be current or prior residents of either Westport or Weston, CT. Please do not refer anyone who does not meet this criteria.
Y’s MEN CARDS
A reminder that we have “Membership Cards” that are printed front and back with a summary of the Y’s Men information and activities. This is an excellent way to invite anyone you believe could become a Y’s Men Member to a future meeting. The website address is on the card as well as a QR Code to take the person directly to our website. These are available on the Membership Table every Thursday morning at Saugatuck Church (and Sherwood Island Pavilion from June 1 to August 30, 2024). Take some and keep one in your wallet so it is convenient to give out!
MEMBERSHIP MONTH
March 2024 has been Y’s Men designated Membership Month where our focus is to invite prospective Y’s Men guests to any of our meetings or functions. The goal for 2023-2024 Y’s Men year (to May 30, 2024) is to have every member attempt to invite at least one prospective member as your guest to any Thursday meeting, Activity or Social Event. For those who are active in referring new members, your efforts are appreciated by all as we continue to add new active, engaged and committed members to our organization!
VOLUNTEERS
For new members and legacy members - we are seeking volunteers to assist in our many activities and committees. If you are a newer member, this is a great way to meet other members and become more involved and engaged in Y’s Men.

SPEAKERS
It is important that we continue our long tradition of outstanding speakers at our weekly Thursday meetings and certain evenings at the Westport Library. If you have ideas or contacts for anyone (or organization) who would be a great speaker or have suggestions as to individuals or organizations for the new Y’s Men year beginning in June 2024, please contact Ron Holtz at ronholtz.ysmen@gmail.com or text 203-993-4970. We are seeking new member volunteers to be part of the Program (Speakers) Committee. We welcome your suggestions and involvement.
