December Fun From Optimum

Among the many scams and phishing e-mails we all receive, I’ve gotten this one twice in the past two hours today. I called Optimum twice to confirm that this is a scam, but it looks much more real because of the sending address. Suddenlink did become Optimum but I was told they did not send out this e-mail.

If you subscribe to Optimum they NEVER send out links to click for this very reason. Should you get this e-mail, please disregard it, delete it, and tell anyone you know who subscribes to Optimum to ignore it.
