Adjust Your Goals or Move Toward Revised Goals
We've all had plans or intentions for this year thrown off course by the pandemic. Ask yourself -
What are you goals now when you factor in the virus?
Redirect your attention from your fears to what you can do about the situation at hand. Be realistic when adjusting goals and tie them to specific actions you can take.
You can change, adapt and move toward the way you want your life to be within the constraints of the coronavirus pandemic.
Try something new or create a routine! It might offer a greater sense of control. Start with simple things like making your bed, taking on an exercise routine, or trying to reduce procrastination - those actions can give you a sense of self-agency, leading to other changes that can evolve into newer goals. Before you know it, you're on a course of change.
