Greetings everyone!

We're on week 6 of our Building Resilience series! This week's tip:
Look for Opportunities of Self-Discovery.

Facing challenges often teaches you a lot about yourself. This is the silver lining aspect of difficult situations that's not usually recognized until later. Be aware of this before you respond, as it can increase motivation and the possibility that you learn important lessons.

Keep an open mind about ways to embrace positive changes. You've undoubtedly heard stories of people transformed by difficult experiences, which happens when they grow, adjust, adapt or take action.

Engage in new opportunities to boost your motivation and enjoy benefits like better relationships, greater sense of strength, increased self-worth, or a heightened appreciation of life.

Like any skill, increasing your capacity to weather and grow from challenges takes time and intention. YOU GOT THIS!
