Greetings everyone!

This week's final tip in the Building Resilience series is a good reminder and the cornerstone of YGT's mission: Take Care of Yourself

Pay attention to your own needs and feelings. Recognize what they are, how they can be addressed and, if possible, share them with someone close to you. Take time to regularly check in with yourself.

Seek out activities you enjoy and find relaxing. Choices are limited during this time, but that's ok! We must accept that and then shift to Now What? There are plenty of simple things you can do to nourish yourself - a warm bath, a cup of tea, going for a walk or run, reading a book, calling a friend, doing a home project, meditating, writing, listening to music, singing in your shower, or just finding a quiet place in nature to sit and unwind. Refer to the YGT self-care hacks for a daily reminder!

Have compassion for yourself and what you need right now, as well as what others need around you. Remember, we're all in this together. YOU GOT THIS.
