Greetings YGT family,
As we begin a new month, let's continue building resilience together with a new strategy:
Take Decisive Actions Where You Can.
Instead of detaching and wishing problems away, try to act on adverse conditions. Finding creative ways to adapt and solve daily challenges by being flexible and adopting a "can do" approach builds resiliency.
The hardest part of taking action is taking the first step. Lack of energy, feeling helpless/hopeless, or procrastination may get in the way. Pushing through the initial resistance will reinforce the positive message, "
face the task giving me anxiety."

Roll the dice, try things and don't let fear hold you back. If it doesn't work, try something else- no judgement, no big deal. The benefits are in the process of creatively seeking solutions - and some of them
Be patient, solutions don't always come easy. Reflect and take your time.
