Your House Counsel is extremely proud to announce that our founder and fellow Member Howard Shafer of Shafer Partners has been named a Finalist for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) 2020 Professional of the Year Award for Outside Counsel. CLM is the insurance industry's largest professional association with a membership of nearly 45,000. The winner will be announced on March 19 during the CLM Awards Dinner and Reception at the CLM Annual Conference in Dallas.

This is the second year in a row that a YHC Member has been nominated for a CLM Professional of the Year Award, with Kellie Howard-Goudy of the Michigan law firm of Collins Einhorn & Farrell winning the first-ever CLM Young Outside Counsel Professional of the Year Award in 2019.
