If your child will not be attending program, please text the site phone by 2:30pm. Due to our safety procedures and state licensing requirements failure not to report your child’s absence via text to the site phone before 2:30pm, if they are positive for COVID (procedure listed below), or if you do not respond to the site texting between 2:55pm -3:30pm when we verify attendance could result in removal from the program. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding on this serious matter.

Our homework time is between 4pm-5pm so if you would like your child to do homework at the YMCA please pick up after 5pm.

PreK Families, per our YMCA policy your child must be potty trained to attend the afterschool program. If you have questions please reach out to Maddie.

If your child has a food allergy. Please be sure to fill out the food allergy action plan and email to your Program Director or hand to your on-site Site Director.

Also, if your child will require any medication while onsite (epi pen, benadryl, inhalers, etc.) we will need the medication form along with the proper medication. If the medication does not have a prescription label you will need to get this form signed by the doctor prior to submitting anything to the on-site team.

To help us better serve your family, if your child might require any additional services or needs any accommodations while at please fill out our Inclusions Intake Form and reach out to your Program Director to set up a Success Plan Meeting.

Please note, the YMCA does not provide 1 on 1 services. Your child must be potty trained and able to stay with their group at all times.

Does your child participate in afterschool clubs, tutoring, etc? Before your child can attend these programs we will need you to fill out and turn in the Activity Permission Form. Please click the picture above or ask your Site Director for a copy.

If your child comes to our program and a teacher, coach, etc picks the child up after the YMCA has started, you will need to log into your account and add this person to the pick up list. (please see how to form) We cannot release a child to a club or activity once the YMCA program has started. The facilitator will need to sign the child out of our program.
