Dear Community Member,
I am working with YMCA of the USA to conduct a local community needs assessment, and I would like your input. We are polling YMCA members and non-members alike and hope for responses from as many folks as possible.
To design future programs and services focused on the community, the Y would like to hear from the Bradford, Olean, and Wellsville communities, as well as our surrounding areas. And I would encourage you to forward this survey along to your contacts.
Based on the results of this community needs assessment, the Y, in partnership with others, will work to address critical issues in the areas of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
The button below will take you to a short online survey. Survey responses are not individually tracked and are kept confidential. The assessment should take no more than three minutes to complete, and the results will be compiled into an executive summary for the Y volunteers and staff to use in their strategic planning process.
