TOOLS TO BUILD RESILIENCE
Episode 4: Resilience Role Models
For today’s episode of Dinner Table Resilience, our Mental Health Director Sarah Johnson reminds us that resilience is our ability to get through difficult experiences and become stronger on the other side.
Challenge: identify someone who has helped you build resilience. Share with others: who was that person, and what did they do to make you feel safe and secure? How did they show you support and caring? Bonus: how might you express your gratitude for this person?
REFUSAL TO WEAR A MASK - Please understand that for the safety of the staff and members around you, we will not be making any exceptions to our mask policy.  If you take your mask off or lower your mask, we will remind you of our policy.  After one reminder, we will ask you to leave the YMCA for that day.  If you consistently refuse to wear a mask when you visit the Y, we will need to cancel your membership.
