Swim Lessons

Few things are more inviting than a bright blue, sparkling pool — and at the Sampson County YMCA, our pool is ready to serve you year-round. Our certified instructors help children and adults develop confidence in the water and help develop skills that last a lifetime. Sign up today!

Safety Around Water

Many people within our community often do not learn the critical water safety and swimming skills necessary to stay safe around water. The Y is working to address this important issue by offering Safety Around Water, a free water safety and swimming program.

T-Ball with the YMCA

Ages 3–7 can step up to the plate and learn the basics in a fun, team-focused environment.

• Registration deadline: June 19
• Season: July 11–August 29
• Game times (Saturdays): Ages 3–4: 9:00am; Ages 5–7: 10:00am
• Cost: $81 (YMCA members) — includes team t-shirt and cap
• Location: Lower field, 609 Sunset Ave., Clinton

2026 EmergeOrtho 5k
