Staff Spotlight Madison Swann

Youth Services Regional Director



Madison Swann continues to shine as a rockstar District Youth Director, serving her communities with consistency, leadership, and heart. Known for her reliability and strong follow-through, Madison leads by example and keeps her teams supported and moving forward.

Madison’s positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to her team make a meaningful impact across the Y, and we’re grateful for the standard she sets every day.

Collaborating with my youth services team to create fun, engaging programs is what makes this work so meaningful to me. I’m grateful for the opportunity to manage staff and use my years as a teacher to support and develop them."
