We are several weeks into a successful phased reopening of our facilities and it's been wonderful to reconnect with so many of you as you return back to the Y. We realize that everyone has a different timeline for when they will be comfortable coming back, so for those who haven't returned yet... we are ready for you when you are ready!

As you know, when we launched our reopen on May 20th, we started with very limited offerings and the intent to continue to adapt services based on recommendations from health experts and local officials. On June 1st, we added racquetball and extended pool hours. June 1st also marked the first day of summer day camp and campers were happy to be reunited with many of their friends. We are now excited to move into the next phase as of Monday, June 15th. The details are outlined below.

We will continue to keep you informed of future changes as soon as we are able. We anticipate more changes to be announced around July 6th. Thank you again to everyone for your understanding and cooperation over the past several weeks. We are so fortunate to have such a supportive and positive community at our Y!

Emergency Services Child Care Comes to a Close

On March 30th, we partnered with the Oconomowoc Area School District and community resources to provide Emergency Services Child Care for Essential Health Care Workers, Police Officers, Firefighters & EMTs. Later, we expanded to serve all who were working and needed care for their children ages 4-12 ensuring everyone who was required to work had a safe and reliable place for their children to go.

Our Emergency Services Child Care program wraps up this week and those families who still need care are transitioning to our Summer Day Camp. We want to thank OASD for their support in this program and also give a HUGE shout out to the many staff who willingly served out our mission work in this program at it's start. We could not have provided this meaningful and impactful work without all of you!
Second Location Announced for Summer Day Camp

Looking for the perfect place to fill your child's summer with excitement? Campers will participate in activities that promote confidence, character and self-esteem. Whether they come to camp for one week or for the entire summer, we're sure the friendships they make and the experiences they have will last a lifetime.

We are happy to announce a second location for camp this summer at Meadow View Elementary School beginning June 22nd through August 14th. This is in addition to our original location at the YMCA at Pabst Farms. Our camp has limited capacity this summer based on circumstances with COVID-19, so we are very excited for this opportunity to welcome more children with this added location.
