NATIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION DAY OF ACTION — TAKE BACK 1/6! Recently we told you about the National Voter Registration Roundtable, a new group co-founded by our own Director of Operations Wayne Liebman and fellow Super-Organizers Emi Guereca and Will Baum! The Roundtable brings together national on-the-ground voter registration orgs like Field Team 6, Women’s March Action, Activate America, Center for Common Ground, Sister District, They See Blue, Register Her, Southwest Voter Project, The Civics Center, and many others to eliminate duplicate effort, boost firepower, stretch dollars, fire up volunteers, and register new voters year round. One of its first projects is turning National Voter Registration Day from a yearly into a monthly event. And the first one is January 6, 2022. When the country's memory turns to the Insurrection, we will offer something concrete you can do about it: strengthen our democracy by registering new Democrats! We are secretly in competition with our sister orgs and we want to put up more registration events than any of 'em. Here's a few on the books already! And we're counting on you to add more! PARTNER SHOUT-OUT - WAVE

HAVE WAVE SAVE RAVE We are proud to partner with WAVE (Women for American Values and Ethics), a fast-growing grassroots group dedicated to advancing progressive values and ethics. On 1/6, WAVE is hosting a "Write" for Democracy postcarding in-person rave in Newport Beach using FT6 data and our art postcards. They'll be serving up optimism, activism, as well as refreshments, including mini burritos and patriotic-themed cookies! You can also stop by, pick up some postcards and write them at home. TODAY, DECEMBER 23! BYOP TEXTING BOOTCAMP Get ready to BYOP – Bring Your Own Phone (*plan)! We're bootcamping on Today, December 23 at 4p PT (but taking a week off December 30th). We’ll train you how to text from your computer, using your data plan. Once trained, you can do this on your own time, whenever you like! We're texting Wisconsin, Texas, North Carolina, and CA-21! We'll also be doing an additional training on Tuesday, January 4 at 2p PT to get y'all ready for our extra January 6 National Voter Registration Day of Action BYOPs. RSVP below. Our next efforts will be around the must-pass #BuildBackBetter act, reforming the Senate rules around the filibuster to protect voting rights, pushing positive "Thank Democrats" messaging, as well as supporting our in-person voter drive trainings, phone banks, text banks and postcarding programs! In case you missed it, we had our One Year Out Strat Briefing with Field Team 6 founder Jason Berlin and our very special guest Felicia Moore, the frontrunner in the Atlanta mayoral runoff election. NEW POSTCARDS! We have a new series of beautiful postcards! These allow for you to write on one whole side! Yes, due to popular request, we have created a series of WPA-art postcards for your more expansive writing pleasure. Now that we’ve passed the 300k postcards-written mark (what what?!!) let’s crank up this machine to eleven. Who says we can send 1m postcards before the final registration deadline in ’22? We do!
