Georgia Right to Life teaches that a human person is sacred by virtue of the fact that we are created in the image of a personal benevolent God.
This means that every single human life must be respected and protected.
We seek to educate our grassroots pro-life community, to inform government officials of pro-life policy and to provide vital resources regarding "What is a person?".
Our goal is to end abortion in Georgia -- end discrimination against the pre-born baby whose life under current law is threatened due to age, manner of conception or medical abnormality.

Pillars of Personhood Pro-life Seminars |
|
|
|
Our primary educational tool is the Pillars of Personhood pro-life seminar. This in-person classroom / auditorium program equips pro-life citizens to persuasively articulate their pro-life convictions and to advocate for the right to life of every person.
Pillars has been designed as both a full day (5 hour) program, and is also available in shorter versions for classrooms, Sunday Schools, etc.
This course offers a comprehensive overview of cultural threats to personhood including the topics of Abortion, Euthanasia, Assisted Suicide, Emerging Technology, Embryonic Stem Cell Research and more.
Our GRTL on-campus Pillars of Personhood events include a campus outreach which involves one-on-one conversations with hundreds of students about vital pro-life issues.

As GRTL approaches the end of 2022, we are working to raise much needed funds to continue our vital life-saving work in 2023.

What makes Georgia Right to Life unique in our state?

With a statewide network of dozens of chapters, and a full staff of pro-life advocates equipped to defend and teach the truth about Life, Georgia Right to Life educates citizens across Georgia year-round. Our Director of Education, Javid Ona, shares his expertise at campus outreach events, fair booths, speaking engagements, publications, oratory and video contests, radio spots, and more.

We are a Christian organization that takes our guidance from the holy Scriptures: God created humankind in His image. This gives us a special place in creation and we are commanded not to murder. In obedience to the Word of God, we stand together with our supporters in impacting the culture for life. (Genesis 1:27)

GRTL supports the work of pregnancy help centers when we run media ads and billboards that direct girls and women to websites that in turn connect them to these help centers in their area. Most of the 75 pregnancy help centers in our state have little or no budget for such advertisements.

We advocate before the state legislature for bills that uphold the dignity and sanctity of innocent human life; laws like the Unborn Victims of Violence Act; Women’s Right to Know Act (which included parental notification, 24-hour waiting period, full disclosure of alternative and the development of the pre-born child); the Ultrasound Act (requiring abortion facilities to offer the viewing of the ultrasound to a woman prior to an abortion).

We reach thousands daily through radio, billboards, social media, Google ads, Facebook ads that offer vital information that can change hearts and save lives. Thousands of girls and women – hungry for this information- respond every month by visiting help websites loaded with practical help.

Georgia Right to Life has been the "voice for the voiceless" in Georgia since 1971.
For 51 years Georgia Right to Life has been working hard to promote pro-life truth in Georgia. Without consistent, ongoing educational efforts to reach and challenge the dominant cultural narratives, we will continue to see babies killed by the thousands in Georgia.
